  • Philip Galati
    CEO

    Philip has over 25 years of experience in the software and services industry, including leadership roles at IBM, Sterling Commerce, Dell, and Ernst & Young. Most recently, Phil was the CEO of Trillium Software. He has significant experience growing businesses organically, managing M&A activities, and developing new geographic markets.

  • Steve Gosling
    CFO

    Steve has over 20 years of strategic and operational business leadership experience. Steve is responsible for all finance and accounting for ESG globally – including financial reporting, audit/tax, compliance and business unit accounting, as well as global HR, legal and administrative functions. He joined Utiligroup as their CFO in 2014. Prior to joining Utiligroup, Steve held several CFO roles and managed successful exits with Odeon Cinemas, LA Fitness, IFE Services, and Utiligroup. He is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (GCMA) and member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

  • Chrissy DeLoughrey
    Vice President, Service Management

    Chrissy joined ESG in 1999 and has extensive experience in the retail energy industry through client integration, utility certification and market expansion. She has a deep level of expertise in defining the requirements and configurations throughout the marketplace. Chrissy currently oversees the Service Management organization responsible for the client facing and back office operations functions that support ESG’s end-to-end business process solutions. She ensures all systems, resources, and processes are performing optimally and meeting the specific needs of ESG’s clients; supporting over 9.5 million gas and electric meters across the US, Canada and Japan.

  • Bob Potter
    Vice President, Sales and Marketing

    Bob brings over 25 years of utility industry experience to his sales and marketing role at ESG, which he has held since 2001. His comprehensive knowledge of the energy market helps him tailor ESG’s offerings to meet the specific needs of each client. Before joining ESG in 2001, Bob spent six years at two New England utilities in load forecasting, product development, and business development. He helped found an internet start-up that was the first to bundle telephone service with electric and natural gas retail services.

  • Drew Fenton
    Vice President, Business Development

    Drew brings more than 20 years of management and energy industry experience to his role managing key client relationships, developing new products and services, and seeking strategic partnerships. Since joining ESG in 2000, he has also served as the VP of Client Services, managing implementations and professional services projects. Prior to ESG, Drew served as Director of Business Systems for a large energy supplier specializing in EDI, CRM, and CIS system deployment. He has served as an energy trader, U.S. controlling accountant, and pipeline scheduler at a Fortune 50 company, as well as held management positions with a large international retailer.

  • Will Schanz
    Vice President, Service Delivery

    Will possesses over 25 years of experience in the software and services industry, including global leadership roles at IBM, Sterling Commerce, and Intralinks. Will most recently served as the SVP of Cloud Solutions at Trillium Software, where he designed, developed and launched the Trillium Cloud, a SaaS based enterprise data quality solution. Will’s strong experience in end-to-end, global service delivery strengthens ESG’s ability to deploy strategic enhancements in service and delivery capabilities and with the client deployment process, increasing productivity that advances ESG’s growth. Will’s overall global SaaS delivery and operational expertise helps ensure an enhanced customer experience when using ESG’s SaaS platform.

  • Glen Kimmel
    Vice President, Finance

    Glen has nearly 20 years of strategic and operational experience overseeing financial and administrative activities including roles at Indigo America, Hewlett-Packard, and Trillium Software. As the head of Finance, North America he is responsible for implementing budgets, financial and management reporting, and cost controls and oversees ESG’s Accounting, Human Resources, and Compliance functions. Glen’s experience with managing revenue streams and with cost management help to ensure the financial success of ESG.

  • Hideki Ando
    Country Manager, Japan

    Hideki Ando joins ESG with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, business planning and product management leadership positions at NCR/Teradata. He has served as country manager and alliance director and has worked in product sales and new business development in major software companies such as SAS, EMC, Oracle, and SAP. At the newly established Japanese arm of ESG, Ando, with his rich insight into the Japanese market, is expected to grow business in Japan by formulating a strategic market plan and responding sincerely to the needs of their customers and partners based on a solid sense of trust.

  • Ayikudy "Sri" Srikanth
    Senior Vice President, Product & Engineering

    Sri joins ESG with 20 + years of experience in SaaS infrastructure, high performance software development, product management and data analytics. At ESG, Sri’s focus includes charting the technology vision and product roadmap as well as spearheading the global product development. Sri has held global leadership roles at a number of software companies including Cvent and Passkey. His work has been published in industry journals, he holds six US patents and is a published technology author. Sri serves on the advisory board of several Boston area startups and is a mentor at Techstars, Boston. Sri holds an MBA from Babson College, an MS in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and a BS in electronics engineering from Anna University (India).

  • Steve Piotraczk
    VP, North American Sales

    Steve has over 20 years of experience in building and managing results focused enterprise SAAS/Cloud sales teams, account development, and executing go to market strategies. Steve joined ESG in 2018. Steve is responsible for Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations and Sales Engineering, as well as expanding ESG’s sales capabilities, and implementing a multi-channel growth strategy for North America. Prior to joining ESG, Steve held senior leadership positions at Industrial Scientific, SAP, Ariba, FreeMarkets, NRX Global, and JM Family Enterprises.
