Information Security Analyst

We are looking for a Security Analyst to maintain the security of all data and systems in the ESG environment. The Security Analyst must leverage an in-depth understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and be that technical expert person of resources when discussing and recommending security initiatives to resolve enterprise IT security issues.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in an exciting evolving industry. We are seeking a Security Analyst to support our Information Security team.


  • Help plan and carry our an organization’s information security strategy
  • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of policies, procedures and documents required to maintain compliance
  • Keeps abreast of current information through formal/informal training and researches the latest technologies and innovations critical to maintaining successful security compliance levels
  • Create and maintain documentation to related to security team
  • Assist with investigation of security events
  • Provide additional support for the planning, development, testing and ongoing management of a disaster recovery environment
  • Will be included in the IT on-call support rotation (24 x 7 x 365)
  • Participate in both internal and external audits
  • All other related duties as assigned.



  • Two to three years’ security analyst experience
  • Strong internal customer orientation; able to empathize and build rapport
  • Strong communication skills to interact with business managers and executives to identify security initiatives
  • Customer-focused, energetic attitude
  • Detail oriented and ability to focus on granular level compliance and security issues
  • Ability to work well on a collaborative team and influence others without direct authority
  • Experience with information security control standards such as SSAE18


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CISSP preferred
