Considerations to help make Smart Home Technology more accessible

According to a report written by Citizens Advice, changes on how we use energy are going to have to be made in order to get our homes ready for Net Zero. Smart energy products are currently on the market, however not everyone can use them. Citizens Advice have created a list of considerations for both the Government and Regulatory board in order for customers to; feel confident about the contracts they are signing up to, where to go for support and how they can have control over their data.
