The Extra Curricular edition of the newsletter is a light-hearted insight into our lives on the other side of our computer screens.
In this issue we will take a look at what’s happening in the month of May, more recommended shows to watch on TV and our latest fitness initiatives for you to get involved with.
Answers at the bottom of this page, no cheating!
During the month of May we are encouraging you to walk or run a distance of 26.2 miles. How you achieve it is completely up to you – you could complete two half marathons, multiple 5km’s, walk 1 mile a day across 26 days or if you want the ultimate challenge then complete the 26.2 miles in one hit! We will be using Strava to track our activity, if you haven’t already got an account you can create one here.
We continue to fundraise and support Derian House, a charity local to our Chorley office who provide respite and end of life care to more than 400 children across the North West of the UK. We have recently signed up to sponsor their fantastic cinema room which is a great space for children and their families to enjoy whilst staying at Derian House.
