It’s important that we recognise and take actions to improve not only our own mental health but also our children’s. Alot of children are struggling with their mental health but there are lots of resources out there to help. Check out the idea’s below to help inspire and engage your children to keep their mind’s and bodies active.

A year on the run
Erin Hampson has set herself the challenge of running every day for 2021 and will donate £1 each day to the LGBT Foundation.
