ESG, the market-leading provider of integrated SaaS software to empower global energy customer choice, announced that it has acquired Aprose Solutions Ltd. Aprose will become part of Utiligroup, the UK subsidiary of ESG.

Backed by Accel-KKR, this acquisition extends ESG’s market leadership in UK smart metering DCC SaaS software solutions to energy Suppliers, metering service companies, Distribution Network operators and authorised ‘Other Users’ of DCC smart metering data. Through the acquisition, Innovators seeking to participate in the UK energy market and access smart meters securely have a single source, market-leading provider focused on turning smart metering complexity into enduring end customer benefit.
