I joined in 2015 as a data coordinator

How has Utiligroup helped you in your career?

Utiligroup really provide their employees with a variety of development options. Joining as a data coordinator was a great entry point as I was able to enhance my understanding of the industry by working alongside market leading experts and this enabled me to progress onto becoming Client Solutions Partner.

What is on your wish list for the next ten years in the company?

My short term goals at current is to finalise and complete an accreditations project which I am the lead on. My long term aspirations are to continue developing my skills and industry knowledge in order to excel and progress within my role.

What do you love most about Utiligroup?

Recognition of hard work – employees are treated very well at Utiligroup and the company encourages and rewards the hard work you put in. We are often treated to social events which encourages strong employee bonds and boosts morale.

If you could share any advice for prospective candidates what would it be?

Work hard, play hard – this mentality goes a long way at Utiligroup as everyone is very committed to their work but always makes time for a drink (or two) after work
