UK: National Grid gadget to help reach Net Zero

National Grid have launched the Green Light Signal – a smart, low-energy LED light bulb that glows green to let users know when the electricity in their home is coming from green sources. It is a simple device that plugs into a standard household lamps but it hopes to engage consumers and arm them with data and tools to make more informed choices and simple changes around the home. National Grid hope that individual actions on a large scale will help in the fight against climate change.
