UK: Ofgem’s Consumer Perceptions Report

Ofgem’s Consumer Perceptions of the Energy Market report for Q420 was published on 4 March. Overall customer satisfaction with smart meters rose to the highest level to date (72%). This shows that there is strong and growing satisfaction with energy Suppliers and smart meters among the public.
