UK: Things are heating up

The government has said that gas and oil boilers will be banned in 2025, but what will replace them? The main contenders are hydrogen heat pumps and other forms of low carbon heating, or potentially the most efficient option being a heat pump. Heat pumps can offer both carbon and financial savings compared to traditional gas boilers.
