Suppliers must hit standard industry performance targets set by Elexon. Failure to do this will result in charges being incurred for underperformance at R3 and RF via the Supplier Charges technique. We’ll prevent this by monitoring your performance on a daily basis, ensuring optimum efficiency.

The Performance Assurance Board

Elexon manages electricity settlement and monitors the performance of all Suppliers – any supplier consistently failing to perform will be referred to the Performance Assurance Board. We proactively monitor a Suppliers settlement performance as part of our service, mitigating the risk of referral to the Board in advance.
Prevent escalation by BSC

Suppliers who consistently fail to perform can be expelled from the Balancing and Settlement Code by Elexon. Expelled suppliers will no longer be able to trade - removing their ability to be a Supplier. Our expert solution optimises settlement performance to prevent escalation, negative publicity and potential for BSC expulsion.
