UK: Supporting consumer engagement in DSR

The evolution of the energy retail market is a core element of the UK’s transition to net zero. Citizen Advice’s recognise that the future of the energy market is one that is inclusive by design and should facilitate and encourage innovation. Energy UK, the Association for Decentralised Energy (ADE) and Citizen’s Advice have set out in this report how to establish protections in order to deliver benefits to consumers on the journey towards net zero.
