Karen Lee formally appointed as Supplier Representative

We are happy to announce that Professional Services Director Karen Lee has been formally appointed as a Performance Assurance Board member of the Retail Energy Code – as a supplier representative, alongside Paul Everett and Andy Knowles (separately to her role at ESG).

The PAB was formed to identify and address poor performance and compliance-focused responses and to escalate and apply performance assurance techniques, supporting the vision of the REC to provide a best-in-class industry code.

This appointment comes at the same time that Karen celebrates 30 years in the energy industry.
